In the metro space, Enablence offers PLC-based Reconfigurable Add/Drop Multiplexers (ROADMs) leveraging its vast experience fabricating AWGs, low-power switch fabric, VOA, PD monitors and the integration of control electronics functionality.
Our PLC technology draws upon a team who has been engaged in the design, development, and qualification of PLC devices for over 20 years. Enablence PLC products are Telcordia qualified to GR-1209 and GR-1221 and are supplied to Tier-1 system vendors worldwide. Core products for metro include AWG mux/demux, VOA, OXC, VMUX and ROADM.
