Model Number: PDCS12TPDCS12T is a very high speed photodiode available with a coplanar or dual-pad layout. The top illuminated photodiode has an optical aperture of 12 µm, is optimized for single-mode data- and telecom applications up to 43 Gb/s and offers a high speed response from 1260 to 1620 nm.
