2009 Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan
Enablence Technologies Inc. is pleased to confirm that under the proposed 2009 Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan to be presented at the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders on October 6, 2009, which creates a stock option pool that is composed of 10% of outstanding shares pool of the Company, the Company will not issue stock options in excess of 5% of its outstanding shares in the current fiscal year.
