We provide support from two different support centres for the following product lines:
- Systems Division Support for access network systems product lines, including systems components and line cards - TRIDENT 7, MAGNM, BAS, BAR, various blades for these product lines, ONTs
- Optical Components & Subsystems Division Support for metro and long haul subsystems and component product lines including photodiodes, transceivers, waveguides, ROADM, cross-connects, integrated switches, channel monitors, VOAs, TODC, OCMs
