Fab Process Engineer
Support wafer mfg. & engineering activities, oversee process integration & operate equipments; enhance yield by monitoring yield trend for different products; perform inspection & reduce defect for cost saving & improved reliability for customized project; sustain, modify or develop procedure documentations for prototype & production wafers. Req. BS in Chemical Engineering.
Production Sustaining Engineer
Improve process of custom-made chip testing stations with Labview, analyze & solve equipment failures, ensure optimization of automated testing equipments, operate and maintain laser device & develop and improve process database with Access. Req. MSEE.
Report to VP of electronics for high speed RF design and testing; support testing activities at manufacturing site. Req. BS, MS, or PhD in EE; 5-10 years of experience in RF design and testing.
Fiber Optic Engineering Technician
Assembly and testing of integrated optical components for Telecom; Experience with fiber optic components, power meters, OSAs, wave meters and other optical test equipment; Requires to have math skills, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access). Preferred the ability to perform intermediate analytical and problem solving. Associates degree preferred, minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
Research, design and develop silica-on-Si and polymer PLC (Planar Lightwave Circuit) chips used for DWDM filters and passive optical splitters.
Require: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineer; 2 years’ experience in job offered; academic or research background in fiber optic communication systems, optical and electro-optical methods, and fabrication procedure development for electron devices integrated in chip.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Assume engineering ownership for high optical transceiver/RF testing; Develop/setup an automatic test systems for optical transceivers/TOSAs/ROSAs for production and design verification testing; including specifying the required test equipment and the design & development of test boards and fixtures.Summarizes test results, including impacts to product yield, quality, throughput, and cost .Streamline data collection, storage and access to minimize effort required to generate required reports.Sustain and improve test and assembly processes of photonic componentsEnsure test station capability and qualification plans are executed and reported as modifications/upgrades are implemented.
Require: B.S. Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent.3-5 years of experience with RF and high speed transceivers. Experiences using RF simulation software or equivalent circuit schematics capture and layout tools.Experience with software automation, LabView, Visual Basic, Access.Experience with fiber optics, LDs, PDs.
Focusing on test automation SW development for optical transceiver and components.Be responsible for test method, test plan, test criteria, the test system design, qualification and release.
Require: Good knowledge of optical communication measurement instrumentation, such as Network Analyzer, BER, OSA, DCA, optical attenuator. Experience with Labview, VB , C++ or C# programming languages. B.S in Electrical Engineering.
