Athermal AWG

Enablence Technologies’ Athermal MUX/DeMUX devices are based on silica-on-silicon arrayed-waveguide grating (AWG) technology. The AWG circuit chips, which are planar lightwave circuits, fabricated using Enablence’s patented CVD systems are packaged using athermalization techniques making them insensitive to changing thermal environments.
