Mr. Piper is based in Seattle, Washington area and joined Enablence in November 2025. He has over 25 years of experience spanning capital markets, enterprise technology, and healthcare analytics. Prior to joining Enablence, Mr. Piper served as Senior Principal Technical Program Manager and Chief of Staff to North America Engineering leadership at Oracle Corporation. Before Oracle, he served as Vice President of Product and Business Development at MPIRICA Health Analytics, a healthcare quality transparency company where he was a founding team member. Mr. Piper began his career in capital markets as an Equities Trader and 144 Block Trader at US Bancorp, followed by a role as Vice President of Institutional Sales at McAdams Wright Ragen. He spent nearly a decade at Microsoft Corporation leading cross-functional engineering programs and is a named inventor on 4 issued United States patents.
